Data Requests

51萝莉 faculty and staff can request access to 51萝莉鈥檚 that provides longitudinal data reports and related information to assist with major projects at the college. The Student Success and Achievement Dashboards provide dynamic visualizations regarding student enrollment, progress and completions, academic program review, academic initiatives, and institutional surveys. For data that are not available via the DID portal or the dashboards, faculty and staff can submit a request using the . Community members can submit a Public Records Request. 51萝莉's Data Governance Team (DGT) supported the development of a Data Dictionary (dashboard) that serves as a collection of common terms, definitions, attributes, and data elements that are used at 51萝莉. The intention of the dictionary is to assist with data literacy and consistency across the institution. To enhance the security and functionality of our college systems, ITS will perform scheduled maintenance regularly. This scheduled downtime is used to promptly update and maintain existing software and systems.
